These paced, intention-infused classes are perfect for everyone! Suitable for beginners, mature movers, improvers, experienced yogis and anyone looking to explore and go deeper into Yoga and Mindfulness. Classes will include gentle, yet Dynamic Rasa™ Yoga with mindful movement, flow and guided Mindfulness Meditation for an uplifting practice to nourish body, mind, spirit and soul. Come with an open-mind, ready for some challenge and expect to leave Feeling Good!
The workshop on Saturday 1 December (10am to 1pm) has us diving deeper and exploring Modern Day Mindfulness to generate joy, support health & wellness and fuel ‘be happy feel good’ energy in our lives.

Modern Day Mindfulness with Rani Sheilagh
This experiential workshop has us diving deep to generate joy, support health & wellness and fuel “be happy feel good” energy in our lives. We will explore the power of the breathe, mindful movement & gentle yoga posture practice, relaxation and guided mindfulness meditation. We will also explore simple mindful techniques we can use in everyday life, including mindful walking meditation in the garden (weather permitting) and conscious eating.
Suitable for all levels, no prior experience is needed.
€60 Euros, All-inclusive / € 50 Early bird for bookings before 15th November.
Fee includes workshop & treats for our conscious eating practice.
Yoga mats, for any who needs, will be available to borrow free of charge.
WHAT TO BRING:
Yoga Mat, if you have one please bring it.
Wear comfortable clothing you can freely move and stretch in.
You may want to bring a blanket or shawl.
