These classes are not suitable for complete beginners.
These classes cultivate breathing, strength, cohesion, flexibility and deep relaxation. They include classic hatha yoga asana, vinyasa, breath practices, moving meditation, therapeutic practices, somatic processes and guided relaxation. The class programme is centred around bringing the student forward confidently and safely in their practice while building a deeper understanding of what yoga can do for you as a life practice
Lisa’s style is relaxed and personable. It is enriched by a deep understanding of anatomy, alignment and developmental movement patterns. Her classes and workshops are innovative and authentic, as she guides her students towards personal transformation on and off the mat. She is passionate about finding the balance between being and doing, movement and stillness, strength and fluidity, discipline and freedom.
