Lynn spent 30 years in education and is trained in Stress Management. She came across meditation and yoga in her early twenties and has practised both since. Her own particular journey through a debilitating illness lead her to a different kind of yoga/movement and mindfulness practice which resulted in the creation of her ‘Be Here Now’ workshops. These workshops give participants an opportunity to take time for themselves in the wonderful space at Clonlea Yoga Studio. Each workshop consists of very gentle mindful movement, visualisations, breathing, relaxation, uplifting words and some fun. All of which facilitate present moment awareness.
